I am Alvee. I am finishing an MBA at Rotterdam School of Management. I like the way systems fit together, and that is what led me into solutions architecture. Most of my working life has gone into turning a task a team does by hand every week into something that runs on its own.
Selected work
Four things I built, and what changed.
All of this was done in earlier roles, before I started working on my own.
Clinical records, thirty clinics
Thirty clinics sent monthly patient records. Every clinic used its own format, and staff fixed each file by hand.
An hour a file became six to ten minutes.
Laboratory data handover
Results moved between systems slowly enough that a batch took a week to come back.
A week became a day.
Pipelines across five markets
I led the team that built and ran our healthcare data pipelines. Most days I turned vague requests into clear specs engineers could build from.
Clinical workflow output rose 80%.
Portfolio monitoring
An impact investor tracked twenty-one companies by hand and needed to reach nearly fifty with the same small team. We designed the workflow, then built agents that pull clean data out of messy documents.
Projected to cut monitoring time by about 45%.
Built on my own
Electives navigator
Every year my school hands students a stack of PDFs: a course overview, a schedule, an outline per class. None of it is a calendar, so everyone copies the dates across by hand and hopes nothing clashes.
I built a tool that handles all of it at once. You pick your courses and see them on a real calendar, clashes are flagged automatically, and instructor backgrounds are a click away.
My classmates use it now, and I am working with RSM to keep it running for the years after mine. Built with the Pi coding agent.
Before the data work
Robots, and the software around them
At SUTD in Singapore I helped build the navigation system for a robot that drives itself: the part that senses what is around it and decides where to go.
Before that I wrote a Python library for wearable data and trained models to tell seven hand gestures apart. Then I built the interface and core logic for a surgical robot in C++ and Qt.
